If YES, we want to hear from you! Trainee Driver Academy (TDA): This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver. What You'll Do: While training, you'll drive a 3.5T vehicle and study for your HGV theory (working 7am-4pm). After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence, you'll drive a 7.5T vehicle for 8 weeks, gaining hands-on experience. Upon successful completion, you'll be qualified as a Reynolds Class 2 Driver. Salary Progression: Basic salary of £30,476 during training.£42,100 after completing the 7.5T training and becoming a qualified Class 2 Driver.
