Hayward Precision Grp Mouldings are looking for a self-motivated GRP laminator to join our experienced and friendly team. You will be producing bespoke and engineered GRP mouldings for most industries, including; Defence, Medical, Construction, Leisure and more. As an experienced GRP laminator, it will be your job to: Be self-motivated, be able to work alone or as part of a team. Clean/Wax/Prep moulds for layup. Apply Gel coat and laminate to a high standard. Carry out general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean safe workplace. The successful candidate will: Will have a great work ethic, taking pride in their work and being punctual. Be eager to learn and develop as part of a team. Have at least 10+ year experience in (Hand-lay) GRP laminating. Be able to produce Grp Mouldings to a high standard.
