As the Electrical Facilities Technician, based on site, you will ensure all environmental conditions are always maintained within critical building systems. The Electrical Facilities Technician will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. We are looking for someone with the ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge of, HV and LV electrical services, control panels, AHU's, pumps and motors which will include the ability to fault find with the help of the BMS and the utilisation of current alarm data. Main responsibilities will include: Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the building are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works.
