Support with the administration of our grants programme, including preparing and issues letter to grant applicants as instructed, updating and maintaining grant budget spreadsheets. You will work on time limited ad hoc projects, which could include: Creating and implementing new processes, including building templates / documentation / matrixes. The build-up to / during and/ or after a campaign / or event. HR Support You will provide support to the HR Manager which will include: Maintaining and update employee records. Assist in the recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates). Support with preparing HR documents, such as onboarding paperwork, and employee letters.
