This is a specialist role focused on menswear apparel and men's/women's activewear, where you will lead fit sessions, ensure product quality, and collaborate closely with design and product teams. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the fit and performance of our apparel, working across international teams and liaising with vendors to deliver products that meet the highest standards of comfort, movement, and durability. Key Responsibilities Lead fit sessions across menswear and activewear categories, making critical decisions on approvals and concessions. Partner with design and product teams to ensure consistency in fit, construction, and performance requirements. Analyse customer return data and feedback to identify fit/quality issues and drive improvements. Collaborate with vendors on fit samples, process improvements, and systems-based projects. Apply grading expertise to maintain accurate global fit across size ranges. Requirements: Minimum 8 years experience in garment construction, fit, and quality. Strong knowledge of grading and sizing for global fit. Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading fit sessions and vendor discussions. Pattern knowledge is a plus.

NPD Concept Co-Ordinator - Maternity Cover - Oldham Part Time 3 or 4 days a week Park Cakes is a c£250 million business which supplies cake and desserts to service the own brands of major retailers, there are three sites based in the Northwest at Heywood, Oldham and Bolton. Our products include, high end celebration cake products, slab cakes and mainstream desserts, we mostly supply Marks & Spencer's although we also supply other major retailers. Example Accountabilities Monitor and support key projects as directed by the Concept & Innovation Lead, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met Assist with reviewing and updating internal procedures, work instructions, and master documents as required to ensure accuracy and compliance Create and format PowerPoint presentations and provide administrative assistance to the Concept & Innovation Lead Provide support with the organisation of customer sample requests and couriers Prepare for customer visits by arranging refreshments and setting up meeting rooms Supporting the Team by shopping for products of competitors and organising the collection of samples from the factory Assist and support the NPD Department with Ad hoc duties as require Ideal Candidate Attributes Experience in a FMCG business - desirable A proactive, highly organised approach and the ability to promote and meet deadlines Good communication, interpersonal and rapport building abilities Able to work individually or as part of a team with the ability to challenge and take decisions on your own initiative Computer literate in Microsoft packages, particularly excel Hours: Hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview, please indicate your preferred start and finish times and days on your application.
