Receptionist / Office Manager Your new company We're looking for a confident and organised Receptionist/Office Manager to join a busy office and provide essential support to the wider organisation. Work pattern 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday Your new role Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.Manage day-to-day office correspondence and keep the front of house looking presentable.Maintain accurate records and support internal teams with administrative tasks.Coordinate meeting rooms, diaries, and office logistics.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in reception, office management, or administrative support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
