Skills and Experience required: Experience in managing construction claims, including simple and complex claims. Ideally you will have experience of latent defects insurance for new builds, conversions and self builds. Role Purpose The Senior Associate Solicitor will provide expert legal advice and representation to corporate clients on complex commercial fraud and counter-fraud matters. They are looking to strengthen their established family team with someone who has experience in dealing with areas of family law, including private law children matters, injunctions, divorce and financial settlements. The caseload is predominantly legal aid. Advocacy experience and familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency CCMS system/HMCTS portal would be an advantage but are not essential.
