Deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform + serving as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture, design + best practice. Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT ecosystems preferred. Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
