This is a key role supporting the organisation's mission to maintain safe, high-quality homes and deliver value for money through planned investment and compliance works. You'll be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across a diverse range of homes, ensuring properties meet the Decent Homes Standard, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES), and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
