Proactive Personnel are currently seeking a 360 Excavator Operator to join our client at a busy recycling plant. This role involves operating plant machinery safely and efficiently to support daily recycling operations. Key Responsibilities Operate a 360 excavator in a safe and efficient manner Move, load, and sort recyclable materials Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of machinery Follow all site safety procedures Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Valid 360 excavator licence (CPCS or NPORS) Previous experience in a similar role Good awareness of health & safety Reliability and a strong work ethic Benefits Competitive hourly rate Long-term work available Supportive team environment
