Principal Process Architect Suffolk, UK - Fully onsite We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PrincipalProcess Architect to join a fast-paced and evolving R&D environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring process integrity and managing interactions across complex process modules within cutting-edge product development projects. You will play a critical role in defining and delivering robust process strategies that support challenging technical objectives, ensuring product performance, reliability, and scalability for next-generation technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver robust process development activities across multiple modules Manage interactions between individual process steps to ensure overall process integrity Take ownership of process performance within assigned project areas Introduce new processes based on strong data analysis and risk assessment Maintain effective change control in a dynamic R&D environment Develop and implement process strategies aligned with the business technical roadmap Lead structured problem-solving across cross-functional process areas Ensure integrity and accuracy of all process documentation Assess and characterise the impact of process design on device performance Essential Requirements Degree in a relevant physical science or engineering discipline Minimum of 10 years' experience in semiconductor processing (Si, SiGe, MEMS; III-V/InP preferred) Hands on experience with wafer fabrication processes, including: Photolithography Dry and wet etching PECVD dielectric deposition Metal deposition
