The successful candidate will oversee the re-insulation of a large incinerator within a live environment, managing the subcontractor who is carrying out the material refurbishment. This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a carpentry background , who is happy to get on the tools when required and lead from the front. Site Manger / Project Manager required for upcoming Passivhaus Project in Central London Have you previously managed a Passivhaus Project? Do you have past experience of delivering buildings with ultra-low energy consumption and excellent indoor air quality? This project is the conversion / refurb of existing buildings in Central London to student accommodation that will be Passivhaus certified. In total this project will be circa 15mil, but split into four manageable phases. Looking for either No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager or a strong No.2 Site Manager who have previous Passivhaus experience. This is a permanent position, with interviews taking place in January.
