Document Controller Document Controller required for a major live refurbishment project in the Windsor area. This is a Hybrid position with likely 3 days a week on site and 2 days remote. Looking for an experienced Document Controller who has previously worked within construction and ideally with experience of supporting live refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities: Control and manage drawings and design information Maintain drawing registers and revision tracking Manage order and procurement logs Ensure accurate and structured filing within SharePoint Distribute documentation and maintain version control across the project team Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction Strong understanding of document control processes and drawing management Experience with SharePoint-based filing systems Highly organised with strong attention to detail Procore experience beneficial The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate direct experience managing drawing registers, revision control, and document workflows on a live construction project, including the value/scale of the project and systems used (e.g. Sharepoint / Procure) Day rate is given as a guide only and will depend on experience.
