The successful candidate will oversee the Grade 1 elements of a Spa / Gym, Games Room, and smaller external building, whilst reporting into a Project Manager. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential. Previous experience across Grade 1 / Grade 2 Listed projects and High End Residential developments would be of great benefit.
