About the Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our pupils to make progress in all aspects of their education and personal development. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering planned learning activities and supporting pupils to achieve their EHCP targets. Assisting teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons, adapting materials to meet individual needs. Leading small group and individual sessions, both in the classroom and through outdoor learning opportunities such as forest school. Safeguarding and protecting our pupils at all times. Promoting positive behaviour support and inclusive approaches to learning. Encouraging attendance, attainment, and achievement for all pupils. Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver a holistic approach to support. Helping pupils to develop essential life skills and independence. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the school administration. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned by the school administration.
