We re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who s passionate about data, storytelling, and creating tools that empower others inside and outside of the Fund to make data driven decisions. You will report into Head of Business Intelligence (BI) This role is especially exciting as it supports our work with dormant assets . Whereby the Fund will be unlocking unclaimed financial resources and directing them to where they can make the greatest difference. You ll help us understand the impact of these funds, identify areas of need, and ensure that insights from dormant asset investments are accessible and actionable across the Fund. As a BI Developer, you ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation from analysts and operational teams to senior leadership ensuring that our data tools and reporting solutions meet real-world needs. You ll be instrumental in building scalable data models, developing ETL pipelines, and designing intuitive dashboards that empower users to explore and understand our data independently. What You'll Do As a BI Developer, you ll: Design and build engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI Develop efficient, scalable data models in collaboration with our Data Architect and Technology teams Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support robust, reliable data flows Lead the transition to automated, self-service reporting across the Fund Work closely with analysts, business users, and stakeholders to ensure insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to gather requirements and improve BI products Apply user-centric design principles and continuously improve your products based on feedback and usage data Communicate complex data concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences We re looking for someone who: Has experience turning user needs into BI solutions that drive decision-making Is skilled in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M), SQL and or python Has experience with ETL development Has experience with data modelling, UI/UX best practices, and enterprise BI development Understands data engineering principles and has worked with tools or platforms for data integration and transformation Is a confident communicator who can translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights Works collaboratively across teams and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Is passionate about using data to support equity, sustainability, and community resilience Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and is eager to keep learning Why Join Us? We are looking for two Funding Officers to join the enthusiastic, friendly North West Region. Role one: One Full Time Funding Officer, based in the Greater Manchester team Role two: One Full Time Funding Officer, based in the Lancashire team. You will play a major role in ensuring our funding supports a wide variety of communities and places across Greater Manchester/Lancashire and the North West region. As a member of the funding team you will assess applications for funding and manage grants from our Reaching Communities and Partnerships programmes. You will use your local knowledge and experience, and the experience of our grant holders and local stakeholders, to ensure we are making the best decisions on the grants we make. By working closely with people and communities from a defined geographical area, you will understand what matters to them and where our funding can make the biggest difference. In your role you will work within the Fund s policies and procedures and the necessary legislation, in line with our vision and principles. You will gain an understanding of our vision, our commitment to equity and inclusion and our funding programmes. The role is varied and will require you to: Be responsible for your own caseload: visiting projects, liaising with grant recipients, identify and manage risks and supporting organisations to delivery their projects and measure their impact. We are seeking a Funding Officer to join our passionate and friendly team in Northern Ireland. This permanent position is part of our Southern Team, which covers the following Council areas: Ards and North Down, Mid Ulster, Newry Mourne and Down and Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon. Led by a Funding Manager and supported by four other Funding Officers, you will be responsible for the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon areas while also working flexibly across the wider local team to help meet the demands of our funding programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering over £30m annually to support communities and create real impact across Northern Ireland Based primarily in the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon areas, you will work from home and within local community settings. The role will also require travel to our Belfast office (around once every couple of weeks) as well as occasional visits to other parts of the Southern team area.
