Working from the showroom and visiting customers in their homes, you will manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order confirmation, delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Meet customers in the showroom and at home to understand their requirements. Design bespoke bathroom solutions and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations, specifications, and accurate site surveys. Present designs, provide expert product advice, and convert enquiries into sales. Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to order confirmation. Liaise with installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and a smooth handover. Bathroom Installation Manager Luton 40k - 50k Depending on experience + Car Allowance + Bonus Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a national organisation with an excellent opportunity for a Bathroom Installation Manager to cover the Luton area. My client, a national organisation and a market leader in their field have a new opportunity for a Bathroom Installation Manager based in Luton or the surrounding area to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Director of Installations, key duties will include: Conducting a technical survey within the customers property to enable right first-time installation. Oversee installation teams throughout the install. Conduct regular site visits to quality check and resolve any site-based issues. Manage remedial works and warranty issues. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in an Installation Manager role as well as knowledge of the plumbing industry and wider building trade. Customer service driven you will be able to communicate well with customers, installers and head office-based staff to resolve issues as they arise.
