About the role Orchard Professional Solutions LTD are looking for reliable and quality-focused Frame Assemblers to join an established team at a market leading manufacturer. In this hands-on role, you will assemble products to agreed design specifications and quality standards, helping deliver great quality, uniquely comfortable sofas. Key responsibilities Assemble frames to methods set by Design and Development Work to documented company quality standards and training requirements Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE such as FFP3 masks, eye and ear protection and safety footwear Maintain good housekeeping standards, keeping work areas and workstations tidy, safe and in full working order Keep tools and equipment tidy, safe and ready for use Handle products correctly to prevent damage to the product and to work safely. Ensure training records are kept up to date. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required. Required Experience and Skills Ideally hold experience in Furniture manufacturing Will have experience in assembly, manufacturing, woodwork Experience of working in similar environments Can effectively follow drawings and specifications A positive attitude and willingness to follow training and documented procedures. Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work at pace while maintaining safe working practices. About you Take pride in producing high-quality work. Practical, hands-on and comfortable working in a manufacturing or workshop environment. Can effectively follow set processes, specifications and quality standards.
