We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Warehouse/Stock Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our clients busy warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The successful Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels Process incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems Liaise with warehouse staff and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch Prepare delivery documentation and labels Monitor and update spreadsheets and databases Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally Support Health & Safety compliance and reporting Assist with general administrative duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration preferred Strong IT skills including warehouse management systems Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working hours (35 per week): Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now.

We're actively recruiting for an experienced Import Clerk / Import Administrator to join our clients busy team based in Telford on a permanent basis. Our client is a well established importer and distributor, supplying quality products throughout the UK. Responsibilities include: Setting up and maintaining the database of import suppliers and products Raising & sending purchase orders to suppliers Checking and processing Proforms invoices for payment Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure orders are shipped on time Checking and processing invoices/credits from freight forwarders Updating of Container Status Report, ensuring colleagues are informed Checking container QC check reports Assist with compliance related issues, i.e. Fire Safety, UK FLEGT Regulations, CE and Waste regulations Skills & experience required: A minimum of 3 years experience working within an import/export environment Excellent communication ability & attention to detail A calm and confident outlook Working hours (39 per week): Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-16:00 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now.
