What you will be doing: As an Industrial Integrator you will develop essential skills in organisation and communication. You will build a network of key stakeholders in the business across a variety of operational areas and support functions. Key specific tasks in the role will include: Chairing Dragons Den style reviews, where you will hear new and innovative ideas directly from the originator; Allocating project sponsors to support and facilitate the growth and development of these ideas; Chairing project Productivity Improvement Meeting (PIM) reviews for the operational areas, facilitating projects where funding has been secured to drive work content reduction and performance improvements; Supporting Capex submissions process through application of funding to back new and innovative ideas; Chair monthly performance reviews with Component Delivery Team (CDT s) and key stakeholders to monitor businesses performance across a wide metric.
