Experience in managing a team of sensory and consumer scientists would be advantageous alternatively demonstrable experience in mentoring others and enabling their performance and development would be considered. Experience of leading customer and stakeholder presentations, training and practical sessissions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective influencing and interpersonal skills. Strong people skills and team player. Fully operational in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) suite and in the use of sensory and consumer software packages.
