Duration: 12 months contract ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE: Experience in international logistics and a basic understanding of Incoterms and customs processes. Ability to organise and manage shipping tasks (RMA handling, repairs, dispatch, collections, documentation). Strong communication skills for working with customers and internal teams. Well-organised, accurate, and able to solve problems independently. Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and willing to learn new systems. DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES OF THE WORKER: Skilled in engaging with customers, coordinating logistics and international shipments, and ensuring precise and timely completion of customs documentation. SOFT SKILLS: Strong communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Problem-solving mindset with good judgement and initiative. Reliability, self-discipline, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Team player who also works well independently. TOOLS OR SOFTWARE: Microsoft Office Suite- Especially Excel (tracking, reporting), Outlook (communication), Word (documentation). SAP or similar ERP systems - For updating RMAs, tracking inventory, and managing logistics data. INDUSTRY BACKGROUND OR EXPERIENCE: Background in logistics, shipping, or warehousing. Experience with international shipments or customs is a plus.

Role: Manufacturing Assembler / Operator Location: Groby, Leicester Duration: 12 months- Contract Role Overview We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Assembler / Operator to join a production team based in Groby, Leicestershire. This role involves working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assembling electromechanical components and supporting production targets. Key Responsibilities Carrying out duties within the production line as instructed by the line manager Assembling electromechanical components to required specifications Following technical drawings and manufacturing documentation Adhering to the company's health and safety procedures. Supporting team objectives across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance Contributing to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Rotating across key processes as required Skills & Experience Required Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work across different stages of production Soldering experience to recognised standards (e.g., J-STD / IPC) is desirable but not essential
