The Role We re seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary software team. You ll lead a small sub-team while contributing directly to embedded software design and development across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their development and delivery. Act as technical lead within cross-functional project teams. Design and develop embedded software for radar, IoT, and communication systems. Contribute to process improvement and technology strategy. About You You ll be an experienced embedded software engineer who enjoys balancing technical depth with people leadership. You re likely to have: Experience in C/C++ for embedded systems (bare metal, RTOS, or Linux). Broad understanding of drivers, DSP, algorithms, and communication protocols.
