Ideal Candidate Profile Senior nursing leader with substantial experience at Matron or equivalent level. Strong background in private patient services or high-acuity specialist care. Proven track record in clinical governance, patient experience, and service improvement. Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operational environments. Confident, visible leader with excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
