We offer the opportunity of Supply Chain Account Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the position of Supply Chain Account Manager will work closely with allocated retail customers to ensure the smooth flow of fresh produce product supply through effective management of purchase orders, stock sheets, raw material allocation, and honest & open communication with the customer. Key responsibilities; Ensure all processes and documentation are accurate Review daily raw material stock levels via stock sheets Physical stock checks, within their packing facility Monitor & investigate stock movements and record data accurately on the ERP system Ensure that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are accurately documented and maintained Work with colleagues and partnering departments effectively, increasing more accurate stock usage data We require; Experience in a supply chain / commercial focused position, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Excellent IT skills, with experience on ERP systems Fresh Produce / Food / FMCG exposure highly advantageous Experience of stock control / stock management Attention to detail & precise numeracy ability Salary; Competitive Hours; Mon - Fri Location: Essex, commutable from Hertfordshire

We are currently seeking Quality and Ripening Coordinators to be based at a product dedicated site to strengthen their position with customers. Working as a key member of the fruit ripening team, the Quality and Ripening Coordinators will work closely with the Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure the smooth flow of product through the ripening process, meeting customers requirements and expectations. Main Responsibilities include; Inspect all product arriving to site, to ensure intake expectations are met Professionally liaise with customers to update daily on product ripening Update & maintain ripening records and documentation accurately Pressure / Process / Protocol checks We require; Experience within the Fresh produce sector Accurate, professional and dedicated approach Exposure in a Quality / Ripening focused position Knowledge of Fresh Produce / Fruit controls and processes Ripening exposure, with an understanding of product stock, allocation, release, etc. This position is varied and demanding, with the successful individual benefiting from an excellent career with a leading business within Fresh Produce supply. Packhouse / Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the packhouse, ensuring products are packed to the highest standards of quality, food safety, legality, and customer specification. The role plays a key part in driving operational performance through Lean manufacturing principles, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives Key responsibilities; Support the efficient day-to-day running of the packhouse to achieve production plans and customer orders. Ensure production lines operate safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed performance targets. Monitor production output and communicate any issues that may impact productivity, quality, or service levels. Report machinery faults and equipment breakdowns promptly to the Packhouse Supervisor or Manager. Complete all operational checks and documentation accurately and within required timescales. Maintain accurate production records to ensure full traceability and data integrity. Calculate and monitor labour costs, productivity rates, and packing efficiencies. We require; Strong communication ability Confident and personable approach to team management Previous exposure to a production / packing environment Experience in a Fresh Produce facility or Fresh Food Production is essential This role is working as part of the management team and requires a 'hands on' approach in a fast-paced, perishable environment. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will support the Commercial and Produce Specialist teams in delivering timely and accurate range change, planogram creation, and forecasting within the Fresh Produce category. This hybrid role blends account management with display planning and customer-focused execution, using data-driven insights and cross functional collaboration to drive commercial outcome and enhance availability, space use, and in-store experience. We require; Previous experience gained in a VMI / Implant / Merchandiser / Commercial position working within a FMCG business, ideally Fresh Food / Fresh Produce commercially confident, able to work in a demanding environment at all levels IT confident with the ability to work with data, figures and generate reports, forecasting and using planograms This is a demanding role that requires accuracy and attention to detail with a numerical and methodical approach. It is essential that a professional, customer focused approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels is prominent in this role. With the ability to work under pressure and remain focused on accuracy, a high level of IT ability is key competent using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
