Packhouse / Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the packhouse, ensuring products are packed to the highest standards of quality, food safety, legality, and customer specification. The role plays a key part in driving operational performance through Lean manufacturing principles, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives Key responsibilities; Support the efficient day-to-day running of the packhouse to achieve production plans and customer orders. Ensure production lines operate safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed performance targets. Monitor production output and communicate any issues that may impact productivity, quality, or service levels.
