A fantastic opportunity has become available with a successful Fresh Produce specialist, in a key supportive commercial role as Visual Merchandising Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a driven, passionate, and focused commercial team, working together to achieve and exceed sales and service expectations. This Visual Merchandising Assistant role will support the retail teams in delivering timely and accurate range change, planogram creation, and forecasting within the Fresh Produce category. This hybrid role blends account management with display planning and customer-focused execution, using data-driven insights and cross functional collaboration to drive commercial outcome and enhance availability, space use, and in-store experience. Implement high standard of in-store execution (effective displays, planogram execution, stocking, fronting and facing of company products) We require; Previous experience gained in an Visual Merchandising / Implant / Planogram / Commercial position working within a FMCG business, ideally Fresh Food / Fresh Produce commercially confident, able to work in a demanding environment at all levels IT confident with the ability to work with data, figures and generate reports, forecasting and using planograms Strong communication and excellent relationship building skills. Good numerical ability and computer literacy Proven Negotiation skills Location: London Salary; up to 38k + Bonus & excellent company Benefits Hours; Monday - Friday

We currently offer an excellent as Packhouse / Production Coordinator - Fresh Produce to join the business at an exciting time of growth. Packhouse / Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the packhouse, ensuring products are packed to the highest standards of quality, food safety, legality, and customer specification. The role plays a key part in driving operational performance through Lean manufacturing principles, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives Key responsibilities; Support the efficient day-to-day running of the packhouse to achieve production plans and customer orders. Ensure production lines operate safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed performance targets. Monitor production output and communicate any issues that may impact productivity, quality, or service levels. Report machinery faults and equipment breakdowns promptly to the Packhouse Supervisor or Manager. Complete all operational checks and documentation accurately and within required timescales. Maintain accurate production records to ensure full traceability and data integrity. Calculate and monitor labour costs, productivity rates, and packing efficiencies. We require; Strong communication ability Confident and personable approach to team management Previous exposure to a production / packing environment Experience in a Fresh Produce facility or Fresh Food Production is essential This role is working as part of the management team and requires a 'hands on' approach in a fast-paced, perishable environment. Location: West Sussex Hours; 48 hours a week Salary; up to £38k, dependent on experience
