Payroll & Tax Assistant Role Support the Payroll and Tax teams with accurate data entry, payslip production, tax computations, HMRC submissions and year-end tasks (including P11Ds). You'll handle client queries, keep records up to date, follow compliance procedures and help ensure deadlines are met. About the Role: Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing paid search and paid social strategies. This position emphasises lead generation and maximising ROI, making it ideal for a data-driven individual passionate about delivering measurable results. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and international markets. Success in this role requires expertise in digital advertising platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive high-quality leads while improving conversion rates. Your Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning : Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve lead generation and ROI goals.
