Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage multiple commercial MEP projects concurrently, providing leadership to Project Managers and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Oversee delivery of multiple MEP commercial projects up to 5M. Manage and mentor Project Managers and support project teams. Monitor project financials, programmes, and risk management. Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards. Attend site and project meetings, providing updates to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as an MEP Contracts Manager or senior project lead within commercial building services. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with Project Managers reporting to you. Strong knowledge of commercial MEP projects, with budgets up to 5M. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commercial awareness and understanding of project financials. Based within a commutable distance to Canary Wharf, London . Forklift Operative Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday 06 00 or 07 00 Streamline Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established building materials company, for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Yard & Production Operative. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period. Due to the continued growth of our client, we are currently recruiting an additional 6 x HGV Class 2 (C) drivers based in Marston Gate Rota - Monday to Friday We require two drivers for each of the following start times. 18:00 22:00 01:30 Requirements • Full UK driving licence with LGV C category (Class 2) • Maximum of 6 penalty points • Valid DCPC & digital tachograph driver card • Sound geographical knowledge and understanding of UK EU LGV drivers hours rules. • Experience of Multi drop is preferred although not essential. • This role involves working Monday to Friday • The role is not your normal HGV2 multidrop work. • 5 year work history and DBS will be required. This role involves delivering premium products to high-end venues across London, including bars, restaurants, and hotels. This work is expected to continue until at least the New Year , with the potential for a temp-to-perm position for the right person (although this cannot be guaranteed). Job Title: Lab Technician Location: Tilbury Docks Payrate: £16.60 Per hour Rota: Monday to Friday Hours: 06:00 - 14:00 / 10:00 - 18:00 rotating on a weekly basis Streamline is looking to fill the role of 1 X Lab Technicians for a flour milling set based in Tilbury Docks. This is an immediate start opportunity. Responsibilities: - Assisting and collaborating with other Lab Technicians to check moisture levels in grains ready for processing - Working in rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 12noon-8pm, Monday to Friday - Training provided - Opportunity for the contract role to be extended and go permanent Requirements: - Previous lab tech or analyzing experience preferred - GCSE in science would be advantageous
