Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in recruitment/resourcing or administration is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of the construction or engineering sectors would be an advantage. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Confident using the phone and building rapport quickly. Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
