Chief Operating Officer If you are passionate about building strong foundations to enable mission to flourish, this role of Chief Operating Officer may be a good match for your calling and gifting. Working closely with our CEO, we are seeking a mature Christian leader who is operationally strong, values good process and sustainability, and understands that excellent operations exist to serve people and mission. This role requires a Right to Work in the UK. Limited working from home may be agreed in discussion with the CEO. Mission leave of one week per year to participate in an OM short term outreach opportunity.
