Operations Co-ordinator Little Blakenham, Suffolk Full-time office based Permanent Multi-modal freight forwarding Exim is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our growing operations team. This is a genuinely multi-modal role covering European road freight, with exposure to air and sea freight, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to manage shipments from start to finish. The Role Coordinating global freight movements, with an emphasis on European road freight. Managing shipments end-to-end, from booking through to delivery Acting as a key point of contact for customers Liaising with hauliers, shipping lines, and overseas partners Monitoring shipments and resolving issues efficiently Maintaining accurate operational records About You Minimum 1 year recent freight forwarding/logistics experience European road freight experience essential Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Keen to learn and develop across multiple modes Development & Progression We actively support in-house career development, offering exposure across transport modes, commercial awareness training, and the opportunity to broaden your skillset over time.
