Your Activities: Own annual sales targets for existing products and new product introductions (excluding R&D NRE income). Manage major sales accounts. Develop and implement growth strategies, tactics, and action plans. Collaborate with WIKA colleagues on product and segment management activities. Engage with customer procurement teams to secure scheduled orders. Communicate value propositions and provide feedback on product gaps for future portfolio development. Evaluate and manage customer enquiries, liaising with Engineering to select appropriate solutions. Lead internal reviews and manage input to business processes. Own technical management of customer trials, including specification negotiation, test data review, and troubleshooting. Prepare manuals, user instructions, and marketing literature. Conduct product demonstrations and installation support. Work with Engineering and Operations to ensure effective scheduling, manufacturing, testing, and logistics. Maintain commercial documentation and ERP entries for material traceability. Operate within WIKA s Quality Management System and Employee Handbook. Your Profile: Essential: Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, with ability to manage full BD process. Engineering degree; STEM background preferred. Excellent communication skills across disciplines and organizational levels. Minimum 10 years experience in Power generation, Industrial systems, or Aerospace. Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on technical capability. Desirable: Knowledge of optical principles and instrumentation. Experience in turbomachinery, industrial, power generation, or aerospace sectors. Familiarity with regulated industry Quality Management Systems. Membership of a Professional Engineering Institution. Your activities Review of Sales orders and ensuring Bill of Materials are correct before going to production. Observing existing processes, analysing KPI performance and addressing deficiencies accordingly. Managing of works orders and ensuring work completion on time to meet delivery criteria. Monitoring and tracking sales order progress and updating sales of the progress. Purchasing of stock items and monitoring stocking levels to maintain suitable stock for production flow using MRP. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and source new suppliers for future products. Liaising with Suppliers to maintain quality and delivery schedules. Attending and scheduling weekly production meetings to discuss open orders and delivery schedule. Distributing of works orders to Production and ensuring any issues are escalated to the relevant people. Understanding and meeting all customer contract requirements for the relevant works orders. Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team. Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets. Maintain quality in line with respective QA procedures and adhere to the Health and Safety policy of the business. Work with the Operations Manager and team on any other projects and assignments as required. Utilizing resource planning tools within D365 to ensure correct resources are allocated to and scheduling work order to meet order deadlines Analysing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. Your profile Engineering or Manufacturing background (e.g., degree/related qualification or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering). Experience with production planning and scheduling, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Understanding of Bills of Materials (BoMs) and technical drawings. Procurement and supplier management experience. Your Activities: Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels. Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure capacity and resource alignment. Lead in creation, management and scheduling of Works Orders within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool to satisfy customer demands. Coordinate Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. Collaborate with supply chain/procurement team to facilitate, and ensure availability of materials for customer requirements. Monitor stock levels and stock control, ensuring materials are available and traceable for development and production activities. Along with the Supply Chain Manager, implement appropriate inventory levels and controls for each part. Organise and manage bonded stores, consumables and line side Kanban stock control. Conduct periodic stock checks, as required. Analyse material usage, stock levels and usage trends to improve inventory management. Generate regular reports on KPIs, such as inventory turnover. Prepare and deliver kits to appropriate resources and manage booking in processes. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipments. Implement and qualify cost effective and sustainable packaging solutions. Your Profile: Experience in production planning using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Experience in inventory management and stock control methodologies. Awareness of customs regulations and export control. Proactive, energetic, supportive and team oriented. Desirable: Experience in D365 (Microsoft ERP system). Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001 and AS9100D. Understanding of LEAN methodologies and waste reduction techniques.
