Property Assistant Manchester £24,000 Full-time role- 35 Hours a week We have an exciting position available for a conscientious administrative professional to join us! As our Property Officer, you'll provide a professional, high-quality service, providing effective property compliance and health and safety processes, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Customer focused and organised, you will manage documents and spreadsheets, ensuring all data is accurately recorded and easily accessible. You'll assist with tenant satisfaction surveys, obtaining feedback and updating records, allowing us to continue to improve our services. Customer-focused with experience in an administrative role, you will have great attention to detail and always ensure accuracy. Confident and approachable, you will be IT literate with a basic understanding of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our administrative systems. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures. Head of Property Services Manchester £65,000 Full-time role- 35 hours a week We are looking for an experienced Head of Property Services to join our team. You will be responsible for leading all maintenance and asset management services with a strategic focus on value for money, customer needs and the environmental sustainability agenda. Working with the wider team, you will set strategic goals for the service to ensure priorities are in line with organisational objectives. With experience in property / housing, you will be accustomed to developing and implementing asset management strategies, maximising profits and long-term value. You will prepare and manage annual budgets in relevant areas including stock condition, investment programme and acquisitions, conducting portfolio performance analysis and recommend acquisition, disposal, or repositioning strategies. We are looking for somebody with proven success in a senior leadership position with a focus on delivering great performance. You will hold a relevant construction-related professional qualification (RICS or CIOB) or have significant experience in a similar role. Experience of undertaking stock condition surveys is essential, ensuring all legislative and regulatory requirements are adhered to and HHSRS assessments are undertaken at the time of survey. You will have a good working knowledge of delivering asset management plans for buildings and service improvements with strong commercial / financial track record and experience of leading contractors. You will be keen to improve the lives of our customers by improving their homes. You will be socially aware, with a passion and interest in environmental matters.
