As Senior Product Manager you will play a key role in the design, delivery and management of Companies House Products and Services. Work closely with delivery teams and other professions to ensure work is understood, prioritised appropriately and delivers value to users and the organisation. Identify, manage and communicate significant risks, dependencies and issues, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions and take appropriate action. Build strong relationships across Companies House to improve collaboration, align priorities and support successful delivery across services. Support commercial, procurement and supplier-management activities, helping delivery partners meet agreed outcomes and standards. Recruit, lead, coach and develop Product Managers, supporting their growth and helping maintain high product management standards across the profession. Support the Head of Product Management with workforce planning, capability development and improving the Product Management profession. Lead and contribute to Communities of Practice, knowledge sharing, professional development initiatives and cross-profession collaboration. Support Service Standard Assessments and assurance activities, ensuring products and services meet government and organisational standards. Person specification We're looking for the following skills and experience that will be assessed throughout the selection process. The successful candidate will have: Experience of product leadership, developing people and applying technical understanding to make effective product decisions.
