Electrical Engineer / Fitter Our client has been established since 1959, they are one of the first pioneering companies to specialise in the manufacture and supply of silicone rubber for sealing, insulation and protection of applications in a wide range of industrial sectors. Service Engineer / Supervisor We are working with a key client, founded in 1960, is a Leader by Design of high and low-pressure cartridge valves, reducing stations, and manifolds for critical and demanding applications. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Engineer / Supervisor to join their business in Oldham. Key Skills required of the Service Engineer / Supervisor: Proven experience in Service Management, Aftermarket Support, Maintenance or Technical Operations within engineering or manufacturing. Must have strong understanding of mechanical assemblies preferably valves, manifolds or fluid/gas systems. Experience developing or scaling a service or aftermarket function. Demonstrated commercial capability including pricing, forecasting and cost-centre management. Must have strong process development and operational improvement capability. Experience implementing traceability, QA and compliance systems ire required Some experience of managing would be an advantage Must be proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Ideally from an industrial background Minimum HNC/HND qualified Preferred Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Experience within defence, nuclear, maritime or regulated industries. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulated quality environments. Experience establishing service contracts or lifecycle agreements The ideal Service Engineer / Supervisor will be commercially driven with strong ownership mindset, structured, process-oriented and detail-focused. You will be hands-on leader comfortable building systems from first principles etc. The Service Engineer / Supervisor will develop the commercial model, operational processes and quality framework required to position the company as a Lifecycle Solutions Provider. CNC Miller Programmer We are working with a organisation who have been established for over 35 years and have gone from strength to strength. CNC Turner Programmer We are recruiting for a prismatic machining & mechanical assembly business for the Civil & Military Aerospace Industry. Who specialise in high speed 5 axis soft & hard metal plus composite machining up to 3 metres in length. We are looking for a full time permanent CNC Turner. Key skills required from the CNC Turner: Must have hands on working experience as a CNC Turner min 3 years Ability to Set and Operate minimum of 3 years Must have the ability to understand the code of the programs in case you need to go in and when loading new tools Ability to progam from techncial drawings a major benefit Experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc is required Ability to read technical drawings A background in Aerospace would be a distinct advantage Ensure machines set in timely fashion and that dimensions and surface finishes are as required.
