Key Responsibilities Lead civil engineering projects to meet time, cost and quality targets Produce and approve technical designs, calculations and documentation Manage client relationships and act as key point of contact Coordinate internal teams and external consultants Attend site inspections, ensure H&S compliance and monitor project progress Oversee project meetings and contribute to strategic delivery decisions Manage project budgets, fee forecasts and tender reviews and support asset management reviews for clients Be involved in growing the civils team, and support junior engineers About You Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering Strong design capability using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects from concept to completion A confident technical problem solver Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and fee forecasts Experience working directly with clients and comfortable attending site visits Proven experience in a similar consultancy environment Experience in line management and mentoring junior engineers Why Apply?
