Reporting to the Regional Manager, you ll be responsible for: Leading all short, medium, and long-term plans for your site Setting and maintaining high standards across layout, product mix, visual merchandising, and service Driving sales, optimising operations, and managing budgets, including full P&L responsibility Delivering projects and overseeing almost everything that happens day-to-day This isn t just a job it s your store to run.
