As Contracts Manager you will need to have come from a Mechanical background and have worked within the commercial fit out sector. This role will be covering Kent London & Surrey. Responsibilities: Developing the business operations alongside directors Develop existing client project managers, staff, and sub-contract supply chains The ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines Work closely with Senior Managers / Supervisors Manage project cost procurement, analysis, appraisal, and budgeting. Ensure programs are agreed upon with clients and contractors before project commencement, updated as needed, and key deadlines are met.
