The South West is popping off right now, our Open Space Team has stacks of roles on Industrial & Logistics, Data Centre and Gigafactory projects in the region! One of our top clients, a 500m turnover Main Contractor, has asked us to supply them with a Senior Construction Manager for a 40m Distribution Centre build project they have kicking off near Cheltenham. It's a red hot freelance role for a start ASAP. - Have you worked on major structural steel build projects ( 25m+) from cradle to grave? - Are you a time served No.2, a Senior Construction Manager who works closely with the PM, driving delivery on site? - Do you have a track record of delivering high tempo, fast track projects on time? If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you! Senior Construction Manager roles & responsibilities: - Setting standards on site in terms of Quality & H&S - Managing programme - Resource management - Sitting in on client progress meetings - Daily / weekly reporting upline to PM / Directors Senior Construction Manager experience required: - Minimum 7 years Construction Manager experience - Industrial & Logistics project experience - Major project experience ( 25m+ in value) - Excellent communication skills - Can do / will do, results driven attitude We are looking to get somebody within 2 weeks, this is a freelance role, an ideal start would be 20th Oct.
