The Office Manager holds primary responsibility for the school's admissions, organisational procedures, and the training of support staff, ensuring professional standards are met. Working in close collaboration with the School Business Director, they assist in the planning and execution of academy-wide support services and operational projects. Your primary mission is to ensure that the quality of education across the school is consistently high. You will lead the development of our teaching staff, oversee the curriculum implementation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
