Provide supervision, training and assess the competency of technical staff and licensees in carrying out procedures. Basic Requirements: 3 GCSE passes or equivalent including General literacy and numeracy Experience working with cleaning machinery and equipment is desirable Knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals and sterilising instruments would be useful Good oral and written communication skills Practical experience working within a research environment is desirable Experience with health and safety standards and implementation are advantageous Comfortable working alone or within a larger team depending on the task Ability to organise/prioritise workload Follow and maintain a meticulous level of sterilisation protocols including the use of autoclaving equipment.
