Knowledge and Skills: Proven practical experience and knowledge of building maintenance/mechanical installations including AHUs and FCUs, plus electrical installations up to 400v. C&G or NVQs qualifications in the M&E disciplines, to include BS7671 C&G 18th Edition qualification. Good working knowledge on motors star/delta, DOL and VSD, and of Plumbing and Heating systems. Knowledge of vented and unvented systems. Knowledge of commercial catering gas safety. Knowledge of HSWA regulations and building codes, rules and regulations. Ability to produce written reports, plans, and operational procedures in clear concise language. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
