The Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of generator installation and critical power projects across the UK and Europe. Working within hyperscale data centres and other critical infrastructure environments, you will take ownership of site operations, managing both Rehlko and subcontractor teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and project delivery. This role will involve regular travel and frequent stays away from home, supporting projects at customer sites throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead and coordinate Rehlko personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple project sites. Manage all site Health & Safety requirements, including RAMS, Permit to Work systems, isolations, inspections, and compliance with legislation and company procedures. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to Project Managers and stakeholders. Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams while maintaining a professional on-site presence. Carry out quality inspections and completion checks to ensure works meet both client and Rehlko standards. What You'll Need Proven Site Management experience within construction, M&E, power generation, data centres, or critical infrastructure projects. SMSTS qualification and a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and best practice. Experience managing subcontractors and delivering complex installation projects. Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and IT skills. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe, including regular overnight stays. Minimum of 3 years in a field sales, business development or regional account management position. Strong technical understanding of diesel generators, temporary power or plant hire. Commercially astute, target-driven, and confident negotiating at all levels. Excellent communicator, both in-person and over digital channels. Comfortable working autonomously across a large territory. Full UK driving licence required.
