Proficiency with ride-on lawn mowers and other groundskeeping tools and equipment (ESSENTIAL). Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance procedures for swings and playground equipment. Own transport required due to location. A full and valid UK driver s license with experience driving a 3.5-tonne van (no more than 6 penalty points on licence, no ex-DRs etc.). Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and responsibility. Desirable Qualifications: PA1 & PA6 spraying (pesticides) certificates or willingness to undertake training. Basic DIY skills for maintenance and repair tasks.
