Organising PPE issue records. Keeping inspection certificates and Health & Safety paperwork up to date. Assisting with toolbox talks and ensuring all H&S files are well organised. Transport Administration Supporting the transport department with paperwork. Filing PODs and transport documents. Maintaining driver files. Organising licence checks, vehicle records, MOTs, servicing and operator licence compliance paperwork. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, methodical, trustworthy and confident using google drive.
