We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Key Worker to join our dedicated team in our mental health supported housing service. The role can be challenging and is highly rewarding, the teams work closely together, and the service is busy with each day being different and varied. You will have some knowledge of mental health recovery and understand the importance of people being encouraged to identify their own strengths. You will work with people to positively develop strategies to enable them to better manage their mental health and sustain their housing.
