Produce solution design documentation including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are built in line with the agreed design. Assist in evaluating integration platforms and tooling, with a focus on Workato and iPaaS solutions. Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies within proposed solutions and escalate where appropriate. Support pre-sales activities including scoping, effort estimation, and proposal writing. Continuously develop your knowledge of integration patterns, API design, and enterprise architecture principles. What you will bring: 1+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role or similar, within an integration or technology consultancy environment. A background in either Business Analysis or Integration Development, welcoming candidates from either discipline who are moving into architecture. Solid understanding of integration concepts including APIs (REST/SOAP), messaging patterns, event-driven architecture, and data transformation. Experience working with at least one iPaaS or integration platform (eg Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services). Workato experience or certification is highly desirable and will strengthen your application. Ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation and diagrams (eg using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar). Strong communication skills, with the comfort to engage with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies. Workato Automation Pro or equivalent certification. Experience in a client-facing or consultancy setting. Familiarity with common enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar.
