You will be a hands-on Content Designer to lead the practical consolidation of our Client's Integrations landscape. You will be responsible for taking fragmented strategies from across the department and turning them into a unified, developer-friendly framework. You will ensure that our integration patterns are not just documented, but are consistent, usable, and scalable. You will have worked as a Content Designer in other Government/Public Sector Departments and be experienced in working in Agile, DDaT teams and GDS standards. This position will require occasional, weekly travel to their offices in Newcastle. This role is ideal for someone with strong admin experience, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with large volumes of data. Any experience with ServiceNow is a bonus, but not essential.
