A primary technical partner of the MOD are looking to add a number of engineers to their Network Design team, the role will require the understanding of business and technical requirements ensuring these are delivered to the highest possible standard. Your role will involve: Design and deploy networks to meet the organisation and customer needs. Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, including those escalated by lower tiers of support. Design and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware from threats and unauthorised access. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, including network diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline network management tasks and improve efficiency. Plan for and respond to service outages and other network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Key Skills Strong technical networking knowledge with industry-recognised certifications Experience with routing protocols, virtual routing instances, VPNs, and security zones. Experience with network security products Demonstrable design experience with global network vendors Network device configuration, troubleshooting, and defect resolution skills. Responsibilities; Perform end-to-end pre-audit reviews of client files, from initiation through to final approval. Collect and validate all client information, documentation and ownership structures. Conduct risk assessments, sanctions screening and PEP checks. Identify and remediate gaps/discrepancies to ensure audit readiness. Maintain a full audit trail of all reviews. Escalate unresolved issues or higher-risk cases. Experience required; You'll need at least 3 years' experience in KYC periodic reviews/audit preparation with strong knowledge of UK AML/CTF regulations.
