Applications Support Analyst - Milton Keynes £30,000-£40,000 We are working with our client who are looking to add an Applications Support Analyst to their UK Head Office team. They are a thriving business in an ever-growing sector. You would predominantly be supporting their HR and payroll systems amongst others and so experience in supporting these platforms would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career, open to upskilling and keen to learn. You may already be working as an Applications Support Analyst or be currently working within a Helpdesk environment and looking to transition to Application management. Experience or knowledge of SolarWinds would be highly advantageous, however experience of other ITSM or even enterprise level CRM's would also be relevant. It is essential that you have some experience in configuration management and as you will be supporting users directly, have some prior similar deskside support experience. Some duties include (but are not limited to): Assist in the administration and support of Workday, Neon, SAP, xFlow, their in-house ITSM platform, and other core business systems. Perform system checks, monitoring, and network scanning tasks. Respond to and resolve helpdesk queries and incidents across supported systems. Support testing and rollout of updates, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes across multiple platforms. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and enhanced team processes. Skills and experience Experience relating to HR systems, IT support, business system administration, or digital platforms. Knowledge and experience of configuration management. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills -with an excellent customer centric focus. Familiarity with Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS/ERP platforms is advantageous. Exposure to ITSM tools and/or operational systems such as Neon would be a plus. Strategic Programme Manager - eCommerce Replatforming - 9 month Contract Outside IR35 - Hybrid We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Programme Manager with strong commercial experience leading our end-to-end eCommerce replatforming initiative This is a critical leadership role responsible for a complete redesign and rebuild of our Front End platform . You will orchestrate multiple workstreams across digital, engineering, UX/UI, product, trading, brand and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery and the realisation of business benefits. This role requires someone who combines strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves delivery mindset : someone comfortable setting direction at the executive level, but equally ready to dive into detail, unblock issues, and build structure in a fast-moving environment. eCommerce Replatforming Ownership Act as the strategic and delivery lead for the replatforming of our digital commerce experience. Oversee Front End design and UX/UI development, ensuring alignment to brand, performance, and customer experience goals. Work closely with technology, architecture, and product teams to align business requirements with technical feasibility. Manage integration requirements with key systems including ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM and marketing platforms. Coordinate vendors, agencies, systems integrators and internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery. Bring strong hands-on delivery capability - able to step into detailed RAID management, sprint planning, process clarification, and issue resolution when required. Essential Experience Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager in large, complex organisations. Extensive experience leading eCommerce replatforming and digital transformation programmes . Strong track record of delivering Front End redesign projects including UX, UI, customer journey, performance optimisation, and design systems. Nice to Have Professional certifications such as APMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, DSDM. Experience with global market rollouts. Knowledge of modern eCommerce architectures including headless, composable commerce, API-driven ecosystems or major platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, etc.). Solution Architect - Higher Education - Contract Do you have significant experience designing and planning projects within the Higher Education sector? We are partnering with a business consultancy to deliver a new project on behalf of one of the UK's top Higher Education institutions.You will have experience within the sector in delivering integration projects with industry specific systems. The project in question is a Timetable Software Replacement, so having experience of doing timetabling software integrations would be highly beneficial, however, any experience of system integrations within Higher Education would help, whether that be financial or student focused.This is currently in the discovery phase so you will be responsible for preparing the documents for the procurement phase, managing the procurement phase from an IT perspective, including support the procurement lead and running POC's.
